Palace - The Mash House
London based indie quartet, Palace, will play Edinburgh's Mash House on the 8th of April. Although some aspects of their music comes across as unoriginal and boring, overall their album, So Long Forever is impressive and interesting and I think their live show will be even more so.

Similar to Radiohead and Nirvana, Spectres create a rich tapestry of deep and meaningful sounds. These guys are sure to make you reconsider what modern music is. Definitely, one to see live.

Honeyblood - Liquid Rooms
Edgy and grunge, two piece band Honeyblood are a modern version of the Runaways. They're a good example of Lester Bangs definition of rock 'n' roll, anything that makes you feel alive and this band do that brilliantly. I'm sure they'll put on a fun and electrifying show.
